We offer FedEx, UPS, and USPS carriers for shipping. All orders are shipped via Standard Ground shipping. If you are looking for Express or Expedited options, please contact Customer Service. - Same-Day Order Fulfillment
All orders placed Monday – Friday before 10:00 AM PST will ship the same day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, U.S. Observed Holidays, and after our 10:00 AM cut-off time will ship the next business day. - Shipping and Transit Times
All orders are fulfilled from our California warehouse.- Orders shipping to the United States: Ships via FedEx or USPS. Estimated ship time of 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

- Free Shipping Promotion
Free Shipping Promotion offer applies to purchases of $50 or more. $50 purchase is based on the merchandise subtotal. Tax is not included in determining merchandise subtotal. Free Shipping only applies only to the lower contiguous 48 USA states (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico are excluded) - Returns of New and Unused Items within 30 Days of Purchase
We have a 30-Day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return. All returns must be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before sending back your product. Any orders sent back without a RMA Number may cause a delay in processing the return back to your account. Your item must be unopened and in new condition in order to receive a full refund, minus any shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless we have made a shipping error. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method used. All returns are subject to inspection and there may be up to a 15% restocking fee assessed if the item has been found to be previously opened and used. Please contact Customer Service to start the return process. - Returns of Used Items within 30 Days of Purchase

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after receiving your order. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Service so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. - Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an item unless it is an issue caused by Permasteel. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Please contact Customer Service if you have questions about the returns process. - Third-Party/Retailer Returns
We do not accept returns of items purchased from any 3rd parties or retail partners. You must return to the original place of purchase. Please contact the original retailer you purchased from if you have questions about their return policy. Please visit our Support section if have questions about your product. - Lost or Missing Order/Items
Please contact Customer Service with any concerns with lost or missing order/item(s). - Credit and Refunds
As soon as we confirm receipt of your return delivery, and perform a return inspection of your item, Permasteel will then issue a credit back to your original payment method for the price of the merchandise, minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, and any other charges or fees that may apply. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear back to your original payment method.
